BRIDGEWATER — New England construction management firm Dellbrook|JKS has completed construction at VIVA Lakeshore alongside the Claremont Companies and CUBE 3 studios.
The 400,000 s/f project included slab on grade new construction of 300 units across two, five story wood framed buildings with a combination nichiha/hardie siding façade and satellite garage parking for 60 vehicles. “We’re excited to have completed a project of this scale and work on our second project in Bridgewater with the Claremont Companies,” said Dellbrook|JKS Project Executive Gregg Ferrelli
VIVA Lakeshore has a mix of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom options with apartment amenities like in-unit washer/dryer, central air conditioning, hardwood floors, and patios or balconies.
Community amenities include a resort-style and youth pool, a 24-hour fitness center, recreation room, playground, theatre room, business center, bike storage and repair center, outdoor grilling and dining, co-working spaces, and 10,000 s/f of landscaped open activity areas.
Located between routes 24 and 495, VIVA Lakeshore is also in proximity to the Wrentham Outlets, Patriot Place, and is 15 minutes away from the Bridgewater Commuter Rail Station.
