BOSTON– Cushman & Wakefield announced that Sean Finnerty has become a Designated member of the Appraisal Institute.
MAI Designated members are well-qualified to review and provide a valuation and consultation that ensures confidence on all types of real properties. Membership requirements include meeting ethics standards, passing education and final examination requirements, and receiving credit for specialized experience and demonstration of knowledge.
“Sean’s MAI designation represents his ongoing commitment to exceeding the education requirements and experience needed as an appraiser and reinforces his dedication to providing the best possible service to our clients,” said Rob Skinner, executive managing director and head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory groups in both the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions. “As someone who works with him on a daily basis, I’m proud to witness this achievement as we continue to develop our team of world-class commercial real estate experts.”
