Cushman & Wakefield Sells 14 Central Park Drive in Hooksett, New Hampshire

BOSTON– Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team recently sold 14 Central Park Drive in Hooksett, New Hampshire on behalf of building owner. The property was acquired by The Kane Company for $12,230,000.

The first-class, 120,600-square-foot (sf) office building is two stories and features a classic New-England-style red brick facade. Originally constructed in 1987, the property was completely renovated to accommodate Oxford Health Plans and Merchants Automotive which occupied the building entirely.

Located at the juncture of I-293 and I-93, just north of Manchester and less than an hour from downtown Boston, the building provides convenient and central access for commuters. The property includes 750 surface parking spaces surrounding the building, providing a generous parking ratio.

With close proximity to the Merrimack River and multiple interstate highways, the surrounding area also provides easy access to valuable amenities including major grocery, retail and convenience stores, hotels and childcare facilities.
