BOSTON – Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has added Ryan Healy to its Boston roster as senior director, where he will focus on tenant and landlord representation in the downtown office market.
“Ryan is a proactive, highly talented, client-first professional with proven success in his landlord and tenant advisory career to date,” said Carolyn Sidor, Managing Principal and Boston Market Leader at Cushman & Wakefield. “He is a strong addition to our overall team and will play a significant role in our continued growth.”
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Healy served as vice president at Colliers International, where he was responsible for representing tenants, landlords and developers in the Boston office market. Throughout his career, Healy has executed nearly 600,000 square feet (sf) in transactions.

Healy is very involved in his community working with a number of associations including the Youth Enrichment Services (YES) Board of Advisors. He is a Greater Boston Real Estate Board member and is also a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and CoreNet Young Leaders Committee.
Healy received a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
