BEVERLY, Mass. — Connolly Brothers Inc. has completed a design-build fit-up project for CrossCountry Mortgage at 138 Conant Street in Beverly, MA.
The project involved renovating existing second-floor office space within the four-story building to accommodate the mortgage lender’s operations. Improvements included the construction of a new reception area, private offices, conference and meeting rooms, and a modern open office layout outfitted with new workstations. An existing employee break room was also updated as part of the fit-out.
Connolly Brothers served as both Architect of Record and Construction Manager, overseeing the project from design through completion. The firm coordinated closely with project stakeholders and trade partners to ensure timely delivery.

Project partners included D&D Electrical Contractors Inc., Enterprise Flooring Inc., Legacy Building Systems LLC and North Shore Mechanical Contractors LLC.
