Malden, MA— Combined Properties, Inc. announced the renewal of two retail leases totaling 2,716 square feet in Malden’s Central Business District, extending its relationships with long-standing tenants Subway and Saigon Noodle Restaurant.
Subway, the national sandwich chain, renewed its lease at 207–209 Centre Street, while Saigon Noodle Restaurant extended its tenancy at 381 Main Street—both located at high-visibility sites in Malden’s downtown core.

The properties benefit from Malden’s central location and accessibility, with proximity to major routes I-93, 16, 28, and 38, as well as the MBTA Orange Line, providing convenient access for tenants, customers, and employees.
Combined Properties noted that additional retail opportunities remain available in the district, suitable for a range of uses including medical offices or national retailers, reflecting continued demand and growth in Malden’s downtown business corridor.
