Malden, MA– Combined Properties announced the lease of 20,000 SF of first-class industrial space at 378 Commercial Street in Malden, MA to Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS), a business division of Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB).
Cubic Transportation Systems is a leading integrator of payment and information technology and services to create intelligent travel solutions for transportation authorities and operators. It is headquartered in San Diego, California with offices in Europe, India, Australia and North America.
Cubic Transportation Systems in partnership with John Laing was selected by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) as the project leaders to design, build, operate and maintain a next-generation fare payment system to replace the Charlie Card.
