BOSTON— Colliers has been recognized with two major honors at the annual Commercial Brokerage Achievement Awards, hosted by the Real Estate & Finance Association (RE&FA), highlighting the firm’s role in some of the most significant office transactions in the Greater Boston market.
The awards, announced April 6, 2026, recognize Colliers’ work in both suburban and urban categories, underscoring its involvement in complex, high-impact deals across the region.
In the suburban category, Colliers was honored for its role in Arbella Insurance’s 189,500-square-foot headquarters lease at 1200 Crown Colony Drive in Quincy. The 16-year lease consolidates Arbella’s operations into a single, modernized location and stands as one of the largest suburban office deals completed during a period of broader office market contraction.
The transaction was led by Colliers’ brokerage and advisory team, reflecting continued demand for high-quality suburban office space that aligns with evolving workplace strategies.
In the urban category, Colliers was recognized for its work on DraftKings’ headquarters relocation, part of a complex, multi-party deal involving Wayfair. The transaction required more than a year of coordination among multiple stakeholders, including ownership groups, tenants, and brokerage teams, and concluded with a simultaneous lease execution.
Presented annually, the RE&FA Commercial Brokerage Achievement Awards celebrate outstanding transactions and deal teams across the Greater Boston commercial real estate market, with an emphasis on execution, collaboration, and market impact.
“These awards reflect our team’s exceptional talent, integrity, and the trust they’ve earned from clients across the market,” said David Goodhue, Colliers’ market leader. “Their success is a testament to both their individual leadership and the strength of our broader team.”
The recognition reinforces Colliers’ position as a leading player in the Boston-area commercial real estate sector and highlights its ability to navigate a wide range of deal environments, from suburban headquarters consolidations to large-scale urban relocations.
