BOSTON – Commercial real estate services firm Colliers announced that it has recruited multifamily and mixed-use specialist Kendin Carr as Vice President to its Boston Investment Sales team.
“I’m excited to join Frank and the premier Capital Markets team in the Boston region. The dynamic Colliers platform, built on data-driven market knowledge and expertise, will allow me to continue to provide multifamily and mixed-use clients unparalleled service,” Kendin said of joining the Colliers platform.
Kendin brings an extensive 15-year career guiding clients through the acquisition of multifamily and mixed-use asset types throughout the Metro Boston area. Before joining Colliers, Kendin served as an advisor at CNVRG Ventures, Marcus & Millichap, as well as serving as a project manager on the principal-side. An active member of the community, Kendin is involved in various real estate organizations, notably as co-chair of ULI’s Next Initiative council, board member of Builders of Color Coalition, and as an associate board member of Direct Federal Credit Union.
“Kendin expands the capital markets team’s multifamily investment sales platform with his expertise, unfailing work ethic and knowledge of the Greater Boston residential market,” added Frank Petz, who joined Colliers just two years prior and is currently Managing Director and leader of the Investment Sales platform.
“I am thrilled to welcome Kendin to the Colliers team,” said David Goodhue, Executive Managing Director and Market Leader. Kendin is an experienced professional who is well-respected within the real estate industry as well as the city at large. I look forward to continuing to grow our multi-family practice by recruiting exceptional people with great talent to Colliers.”
Kendin joins a growing list of industry leaders who have joined Colliers over the past year or so, including advisors Jeanne Pinado, John Butterworth, Kevin Hanna, Matt Siciliano, Matt Furey, and Frank Petz. Colliers recent recruiting successes is a testament to its recent ranking as one of The Boston Globe’s Top Places to work.
