Boston – Colliers International Boston recently announced that Vice Chair James Elcock advised Everett Street Trust in selling One Technology Way in Norwood, MA for $28 million.
The asset was the long-time Corporate Headquarters for Analog Devices, a multinational semiconductor company, which announced in 2018 its plan to relocate headquarter operations to a 40-acre campus it owns in Wilmington.
The 130,000-square-foot building Analog Devices will vacate in Norwood is situated on a 24-acre corner site at a lighted intersection along Route 1 and University Avenue.
The property was sold to Charles River Realty, who was represented by Boston Real Estate Advisors’ Craig Barker and Hunneman’s David Ross.
