Medford, MA – Construction Management and Builders, Inc. (CM&B) was recently awarded the contract to build The Herb Chambers Companies’ new Toyota Dealership Located at 400 Mystic Avenue in Medford, MA.

Demolition of a 3-story portion of the existing 89,000 square foot building is set to begin immediately as part of an ambitious redevelopment plan. Herb Chambers, who acquired the 5-acre office property, formerly used as Century Bank’s headquarters in January 2022, is committed to transforming the site into a larger, state-of-the-art facility. The project will involve renovating the existing structure and constructing a 3-story addition of 40,000 square feet per floor, totaling 120,000 square feet. This new building will be seamlessly connected to the existing 5-story tower on-site, creating a modern dealership spanning 209,000 square feet that will better serve the community while enhancing the overall design and functionality of the property.

CM&B is partnering with an exceptional team of professionals on this project, including Regent Associates, Crocker Design Group, Quieto Consulting Engineers, R.W.
