NORWELL, MA–Habeeb & Associates Architects announce the addition of team member Claude Greenberg, AIA to its headquarters office in Norwell.
H&A will benefit from Claude’s extensive background in designing for higher education and K-12 educational institutions, and state, municipal, residential, and healthcare facilities. Recent projects include Duke, and Purdue Universities, The Lovett School (an independent K-12 school), and the Worcester Trial Courthouse.
As Project Architect, Claude will be responsible for overseeing design and performing quality control, and quality assurance. His 39 years in the field will ensure exceptional construction drawings for our clients which contributes to our goal of on-time and on-budget projects. Regarding his role, Claude states “I enjoy molding creative design concepts into tight architectural solutions…no matter what the project type.”
Working on technically challenging projects, utilizing innovative building envelope technologies, and core/shell detailing are prominent specialties. Claude has strong 2D Revit skills and will be a contributing member to H&A’s technology design committee which creates best practices and templates for use in a variety of projects.
