BOSTON– Chestnut Hill Realty has named Maggie Cerce as its new Director of Residential Leasing, the company announced today.
In her new role, Cerce will be responsible for optimizing occupancy across Chestnut Hill Realty’s portfolio of 5,000 apartment homes in the Greater Boston area. She will work closely with both corporate leadership and on-site property teams to identify leasing opportunities, improve performance metrics, and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to each community.
Cerce brings a deep understanding of the multifamily leasing landscape, along with a strong track record of results.
Cerce joins Chestnut Hill Realty with more than 20 years of experience in multifamily real estate, having held leadership positions with national Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) as well as prominent regional firms. Her previous roles include senior leasing and property management positions at Trinity Management and Claremont Companies, both based in eastern Massachusetts.
Cerce holds a degree in Residential Property Management from Virginia Tech, a program nationally recognized for producing top talent in the housing industry.
With a strong focus on team collaboration, performance analytics, and strategic marketing, Cerce is expected to play a key role in supporting Chestnut Hill Realty’s mission of delivering high-quality housing and exceptional service to residents throughout the region.
