BOSTON — The Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation (CEDAC) announced the addition of Claire Morton as Senior Project Manager on its affordable housing team. Ms. Morton will help to advance CEDAC’s mission of providing financing and technical expertise for community-based and non-profit organizations engaged in community development in Massachusetts.
In her role, Morton will be responsible for managing relationships with CEDAC’s non-profit borrowers, underwriting requests for predevelopment and acquisition loans and state bond funding commitments and providing technical advice and guidance to borrowers through the real estate development process.

Morton brings several years of experience in affordable housing development and construction, including project management at MetroWest Collaborative Development. Most recently, she served as a Community Assistance Manager at the Massachusetts Housing Partnership. She holds an MBA from Simmons University and a bachelor’s degree in management from Suffolk University.
