Boston – CBRE/New England’s Capital Markets team announced the sale of Coppermill Park, a 154-unit garden-style apartment community located at 3101 Stagecoach Road in Stoughton, MA. CBRE/NE’s multi-housing experts Simon Butler and Biria St. John exclusively represented the seller, Fairfield Residential, and procured the buyer.
