ANDOVER, MA— CBRE announced that it has arranged four new leases totaling 101,144 square feet at 300 and 600 Federal Street, a recently redeveloped two-building campus designed for office, life science, and R&D tenants in Andover, Massachusetts.

The CBRE brokerage team—Don Domoretsky, Alex Plaisted, and Jack Scribner—represented the ownership, a partnership between Celera Properties and True North Management Group.

According to CBRE, the transactions comprise 54,172 square feet of new leases and 46,972 square feet of renewals, underscoring continued demand for flexible, high-quality space in the Andover market.

Among the newest tenants is Technology Greenhouse, which has relocated operations from Woburn to occupy newly built-out lab space at 600 Federal Street. At 300 Federal Street, Integrated Gastroenterology Consultants (IGC) is establishing a state-of-the-art surgical suite, further strengthening the property’s mix of medical and research-oriented occupants.

“Andover is a dynamic market with a mix of R&D, life science, office and medical users, and the redevelopment of 300 and 600 Federal Street has created a compelling location that can meet the needs of these companies,” said Domoretsky. “We are thrilled to have completed these new leases and renewals at the complex.”

Brian Carlisle of Celera Properties added that the properties have “bucked the trends of softness elsewhere in the market by offering a high-quality, high-value option for companies with a variety of needs in an economically thriving campus – we are thrilled to be partners with our tenants in their success.”

Situated in Andover Technology Park, directly off Interstate 93 and River Road, the campus offers access to a broad labor pool and two regional airports. Tenants also benefit from proximity to major innovation hubs, including Kendall Square, roughly 30 minutes away.

The redevelopment includes infrastructure tailored to life science and R&D users, such as upgraded electrical and natural gas service, backup power, loading docks, and gravity-fed pH rooms. The property also features a new lobby, renovated fitness center, grab-and-go café, refreshed outdoor and courtyard seating, and walking trails.

With this latest wave of leasing activity, 300 and 600 Federal Street continue to solidify their position as a premier destination for organizations seeking adaptable, high-performance workspace north of Boston.
