BostonCBRE has announced the expansion of its Greater Boston operations with the addition of two professionals.

Shay Kenney joins the firm as Vice President within the Office Leasing division, where she will focus on landlord representation. Meanwhile, Brooke Howard steps into the role of Vice President on the Capital Markets team, specializing in investment sales across a diverse range of asset classes.

According to Mike Brucato, Executive Managing Director and Greater Boston Market Leader, both hires reflect CBRE’s continued investment in talent and client service excellence.

“Shay and Brooke bring the kind of market expertise and client-first mindset that CBRE Boston is known for,” said Brucato. “They will be valuable additions as we continue to provide unparalleled service to our clients and meet their evolving real estate needs.”

Kenney brings a strong background in office leasing, most recently serving on the Cambridge leasing team at JLL. Prior to that, she spent four years with CBRE’s Advisory business in New York City, where she specialized in agency representation for both institutional and entrepreneurial property owners. Known for her collaborative and entrepreneurial approach, Kenney has built a reputation for cultivating strong client relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College.

Howard also joins from JLL, where she was part of the Capital Markets team in Boston, focusing on investment sales throughout Greater Boston. Earlier in her career, she held a senior advisory role in capital markets at Colliers International. With experience spanning multiple property types—including hospitality, industrial, land, office, retail, multifamily, and healthcare—Howard brings a well-rounded perspective to her new role. She earned her degree in Public Policy and Law from Trinity College, where she was also a varsity athlete in basketball and golf.
