Dallas, TX — CBRE has announced a series of senior leadership appointments aimed at strengthening its U.S. & Canada Advisory Services business, as the company sharpens its focus on market expertise, capital markets, and data-driven client solutions. The moves reflect CBRE’s ongoing commitment to elevating top talent and preparing for continued growth across North America.

Chris Connelly has been named Executive Group President, U.S. & Canada Advisory Services, where he will oversee CBRE’s geographic markets (excluding New York) and its leasing business across both countries. Connelly’s expanded role underscores his long-standing leadership and deep knowledge of the company’s regional operations.

James Millon and Tommy Lee have been promoted to Co-Heads of U.S. & Canada Capital Markets, bringing together decades of experience in debt and equity. Millon, formerly President of Debt & Structured Finance, is a veteran in debt capital markets. Lee joins from Trammell Crow Company, CBRE’s development arm, where he led the Capital Markets team as an equity investment specialist.

In a move to bolster data capabilities, Mike Casey has been named Chief Data Officer for U.S. & Canada Advisory Services—a new role focused on leveraging internal and market data to drive insights and performance.

Additionally, Brooke Armstrong, previously leading the Texas Advisory business, has been appointed Advisory Group President, West Region. Pete Schippits, who formerly oversaw the West, will now serve as Advisory Group President, East Region and Canada. Both leaders will report to Connelly.

“These promotions reflect our commitment to investing in our best people and allowing them to rise,” said Vikram Kohli, Global CEO, Advisory Services. “Their expertise and leadership will help us navigate evolving market conditions and create the best outcomes for our clients and our people.”
