WOBURN, Mass. – Cambridge Polymer Group is moving its operation from Charlestown to an approximately 17,000-square-foot space at Cummings Properties’ TradeCenter 128 business campus in Woburn, MA. It is expected to occupy its custom-built new office and laboratory facility in August.
Founded in 1996, Cambridge Polymer Group provides outsourced biomedical and engineering resources for the development of medical, pharmaceutical, consumer, and industrial products and materials.
“Because of the scope of our operation and the varied, specialized services we provide, we had a large, highly technical space requirement,” said Cambridge Polymer Group president Dr. Stephen Spiegelberg, a Winchester resident. “TradeCenter 128 offered us a customizable space in a very accessible, attractive suburban office park setting. We were also drawn to Cummings’ in-house capabilities for the design and construction of our new facility.”
Senior Leasing Director Rob Yacobian of Cummings Properties worked with Dr. Spiegelberg and Newmark director Joseph Pearce on the transaction.
