Hingham, MA — Callahan Construction Managers (Callahan) announced the completion of The Cove, a luxury multifamily development including a mix of market rate and affordable housing located in Hingham, MA.
The mid-rise, residential community was developed by Alliance Residential Company, while Callahan and CUBE 3 Architects were tasked with the construction and design of the new building.
The Cove consists of (2) buildings, both with four stories of wood framing above one level of post-tensioned podium parking. Callahan also previously completed the retail portion of the Launch at the Hingham
Shipyard.
