HUDSON, MA – Calare Properties, a private, Massachusetts- based investment firm with a focus on industrial real estate, has acquired an 84,000 square-foot industrial/flex building located at 95 Shawmut Road in Canton, MA. Currently the building is 100% leased to five tenants, with a remaining average lease term of 5.5 years.
