Boston— Cabot Properties announced two senior leadership promotions that strengthen the firm’s operational and asset management capabilities amid continued expansion across the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Bradford Otis has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer, where he will oversee and optimize the firm’s internal functions, including finance, information technology, and human resources, on a global scale. In addition, Michael Gebo has been promoted to Head of Asset Management, responsible for Cabot’s U.S. leasing, tenant relations, and property management activities.
“Brad and Mike exemplify the highly experienced, talented, and cycle-tested professionals who have been instrumental to Cabot’s success in the institutional logistics real estate space,” said Franz Colloredo-Mansfeld, Chairman and CEO of Cabot Properties. “As we continue to evolve and expand our investment, acquisitions, development, and asset management capabilities, they will both play key roles in streamlining operations and strengthening cohesion across our integrated platform — positioning Cabot to capitalize on opportunities in major consumption centers worldwide.”
A 16-year veteran of Cabot Properties, Otis has been integral to the firm’s growth and evolution. Previously serving as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management, he remains a member of the board of directors and investment committee. Before joining Cabot, Otis worked at Eaton Vance Management in its Real Estate Investment Group. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Babson College.

“I’m honored to step into this new role at such an exciting time for Cabot,” said Otis. “Having grown alongside the firm for more than 16 years, I’ve seen firsthand the strength of our people and the culture we’ve built. My focus will be on ensuring our teams have the support and resources they need to continue delivering exceptional results for our investors and partners globally.”
Gebo, who joined Cabot in 2015, has led asset management and leasing initiatives in Southern California, Dallas, and Chicago, and served as portfolio manager for a seven-million-square-foot core separate account. Prior to Cabot, he managed industrial assets for GLP’s Southern California portfolio. Gebo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
