BEDFORD- C.E. Floyd Company announced the promotion of Chuck Tobin to COO, Pete Doucet II to Director of Massachusetts Operations, and Jeff Palmer to Director of Connecticut Operations.
The company also announced the transition of Norm Fournier from VP of Massachusetts Operations to the role of Advisor.
Chuck Tobin was recently promoted from Director of Connecticut Operations to Chief Operating Officer. After successfully managing several of the company’s largest projects, Tobin relocated to Connecticut in 2006 to open C.E. Floyd Company’s Middletown office. He has been with the company for more than 25 years and is a member of LeadingAge CT, AIA CT and CT ABC. Tobin earned a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Jeff Palmer was recently promoted from Project Executive to Director of Connecticut Operations. He was the first project manager in Connecticut where he led their most complicated projects. Palmer joined C.E. Floyd after college and has been with the company for almost 20 years. He earned a B.S. in Construction Management from Roger Williams University.
Pete Doucet II was recently promoted from Project Executive to Director of Massachusetts Operations. He started at C.E. Floyd right out of college and was there for 11 years. He briefly left to work elsewhere as a superintendent on two large projects in Boston before returning to C.E. Floyd in a project management role. Doucet earned a B.S. in Construction Management from Roger Williams University.
