Boston– Ligris + Associates PC, a Boston boutique law firm focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions, announced the addition of Kathryn (Katie) Donovan to the firm’s residential real estate team.
Donovan represents buyers, sellers, and financial institutions in residential transactions. She drafts, reviews, and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, and confirms lenders’ mortgage commitments while preserving the rights of the client. Prior to joining Ligris, Donovan worked as a sole practitioner for the past five years, focusing on residential real estate.
Donovan received a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and earned a B.A. at Villanova University. She is admitted to the State Bars and the US District Courts of Massachusetts and Vermont. She is also a notary public and Massachusetts licensed real estate broker.
