Bosco Crane Company Acquires 348 Turnpike St. in Canton for $4.75M in Strategic Expansion Move

Canton, MA— Bosco Crane Company Inc., a leading family-owned crane, rigging, and trucking business, has acquired the warehouse/flex property at 348 Turnpike Street in Canton, MA, for $4,750,000, in a transaction facilitated by The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and NAI.

The 39,100-square-foot facility, situated on 2.5 acres just two miles from Interstate 93 and 4.1 miles from Route 24, will serve as a new operational base for Bosco Crane as the company continues its growth trajectory.

David Stubblebine, Matty Drouillard, and Stephen Flynn of The Stubblebine Company represented the buyer, Danny McKeeney, founder and owner of Bosco Crane. Mitch Stepien of NAI represented the seller, 348 Turnpike LLC.

“Mr. McKeeney made a very astute decision to purchase the asset,” said David Stubblebine. “The property will accommodate Bosco Crane’s continued growth and other business interests.”

Founded in 2000, Bosco Crane is based in Canton and services the Metro Boston region, including the South and North Shores, Cape Cod, and the Islands. The company provides 24/7 emergency response services and is known for its reliable fleet of Liebherr cranes and highly trained, IUOE Local 4-affiliated operators. Bosco Crane holds all necessary permits for major cities in Massachusetts and is a trusted partner in large-scale infrastructure and development projects.

This acquisition underscores Bosco Crane’s continued investment in the local economy and its commitment to expanding service capabilities. The new facility is expected to enhance logistics, equipment storage, and dispatch operations.
