Bond Promotes Sean McAuliffe and Michael Dahlheimer

BOSTON – BOND, the Northeast’s full-service construction management and general contracting company, announced the promotions of two key members of the firm’s Civil & Utility Division.

Sean McAuliffe has been promoted to Director, Mid-Atlantic Region, while Michael Dahlheimer has been elevated to Regional Manager, Southern New England. In their new roles, McAuliffe and Dalheimer represent a critical component of BOND’s long-term strategy to expand its geographical presence throughout the Northeast and provide the most responsive and reliable services to clients.

McAuliffe will be based in BOND’s Kenilworth, New Jersey, office and will lead business development efforts into New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Dalheimer will manage BOND’s New Haven, Connecticut, office and will manage day to day operations and further develop BOND’s client base in the Southern New England area.

McAuliffe, a ten-year veteran of BOND, is a graduate of the University of Maine. During his tenure at the firm, he has worked on the Northeast Utilities Middletown-Norwalk in Connecticut, and led the effort to open up a permanent office in Connecticut. He successfully enhanced new client development and directed the EPC meter station project in Middletown for Spectra Energy. Throughout his career, McAuliffe has fostered strong relationships with local unions and engineering companies and is credited for the growth of the New Haven office.

Dalheimer, a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, has worked as a superintendent on many projects throughout his more than decade-long career at BOND. His assignments have included work as an assistant superintendent on one of the division’s largest projects, including the NSTAR 345 kV Transmission

Project, and as a superintendent for the Northeast Utilities Middletown-Norwalk in Connecticut. Additionally, he managed the Baileyville Meter Station project located on the Maine/Canada border for Spectra Energy and worked on a number of projects for United illuminating, Black & Veatch and Spectra Energy.
