BOND Brothers Hires Neisha Springer as Company’s First Head of Talent Management

BOSTON – BOND Brothers Inc. announced the hiring of Neisha Springer as Head of Talent Management. Keeping with their commitment to prioritizing workforce development and long-term growth for the company, this newly created position will work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer to identify, acquire, and support both new and current employees of the highest caliber.

As Head of Talent Management, Springer will be responsible for the strategic talent management of the company, including managing the needs assessment, development, and implementation of cross-company talent programs and processes, leading the design and execution of new employee immersion and integration, spearheading employee growth opportunities, and assessing BOND’s current workforce needs and methodology to determine effectiveness. She will work closely with the HR department, specifically the Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Talent Acquisition, to meet staffing needs and design and implement top-notch employee retention initiatives.

Springer brings over 10 years of human resources, operations, and people management experience to BOND. Her previous positions at global companies specializing in health, communications, and innovation highlight her deep knowledge of all HR functions, such as recruiting, operations, and data, on both large and small scales. Prior to joining BOND, Springer oversaw hiring practices, talent assessment, recruitment, analytics, and DEI and other learning programming, all of which will play a large part in her position of head of talent management at BOND. Springer earned a B. A. from Virginia State University and is currently pursuing a M. S. in HR Management at Long Island University.
