Chicago– Colliers announced that Beth Moore has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and Head of Client Experience in the Americas Occupier Services business.
In this role, she will lead a team that focuses on proactive advisory for occupier clients to develop solutions that include workplace, flexible and remote occupancy experiences.

Moore brings 15 years of commercial real estate experience to Colliers, focused on working closely with corporate occupiers to deeply understand their strategy and advise them on how real estate can play a role in growing their business. Most recently, she led the national leasing team of 150 sales experts at WeWork and was responsible for driving occupancy within the approximately 400 buildings the company has space in between the U.S. and Canada. Upon joining WeWork, she also led the broker sales channel, which focused on growing market share and creating a better experience for brokers transacting with WeWork.
Prior to WeWork, Beth spent nearly 10 years at CBRE focused on occupier clients through leading the company’s flex real estate business, driving sales and solutions for the accounts business in the West, and as part of the founding team that developed CBRE’s workplace strategy. She began her career at JLL in Strategic Consulting – labor, location, portfolio, incentives and workplace strategy.
