Avison Young bolsters brokerage services in Boston, adds two

Boston– Commercial real estate advisor Avison Young announced the addition of Jon Vacca as Vice President and Connor Hayes as Vice President to expand and strengthen its Boston and suburban brokerage teams.

Vacca joins from CoreSite and brings 18 years of commercial real estate expertise, with a special focus on data centers at the local and national level. Hayes joins from Hunneman and adds his nearly 10 years of experience to Avison Young’s Suburban Boston brokerage team, where he specializes in advising tenants and landlords on the leasing and sale of commercial real estate in the 128 and 495 South and West markets.
