BOSTON— ARCO National Construction has named Dan McKnight as Director of Business Development for its New England Division, expanding its leadership team as the firm continues to grow its presence across the region.
In his new role, McKnight will focus on building relationships with owners, developers, brokers, and industry partners, supporting commercial and industrial projects throughout Boston and the broader New England market.
McKnight brings more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, with a background spanning construction operations, estimating, and project management. His experience working closely with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders positions him to guide clients from early-stage planning through project completion.
Over the course of his career, McKnight has contributed to a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors including industrial, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. His work includes large-scale distribution centers, cold storage and manufacturing facilities, as well as corporate offices, tenant improvements, and specialized laboratory environments across New England.
In addition to his project experience, McKnight holds a Certified Passive House Builder (CPHB) credential, underscoring his expertise in sustainable construction and energy-efficient design. His background in high-performance building practices is expected to support ARCO’s continued emphasis on sustainability and innovation.

McKnight’s appointment reflects ARCO’s ongoing investment in the New England market and its commitment to a collaborative design-build model aimed at streamlining project delivery and improving certainty from the earliest stages of development.
He holds both a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
