TEWKSBURY, Mass. — Agape Mental Health has signed a 10,029-square-foot office lease at 600 Clark Road in Tewksbury, expanding its footprint to support outpatient behavioral health services in the region, according to an announcement from commercial real estate brokerage firm R.W. Holmes.
Agape Mental Health provides outpatient counseling and therapy services to individuals, families, and couples. The new office will serve as a hub for the organization’s clinical operations as it continues to meet growing demand for mental health services across Greater Boston and the Merrimack Valley.
The property is owned by Legacy Real Estate Ventures, a Newton-based firm with a portfolio of 20 office, medical, and flex properties across Massachusetts, as well as the Providence and Philadelphia markets. The building is managed by Eastport Real Estate, which worked with the brokerage team and ownership to complete the transaction.
“This lease advances the long-term strategy for the building,” said David Gilkie, senior vice president and SIOR at R.W. Holmes. “Bringing in a health-oriented user fits the ownership’s leasing objectives and helps preserve the medical building’s long-term value.”
Gilkie and Mike Ogaspian, also a senior vice president and SIOR at R.W. Holmes, represented the transaction.
