NEW YORKThe NHP Foundation (NHPF), a national not-for-profit provider of affordable housing, has announced several board appointments and expanded leadership roles to support significant growth in 2026.

Board Chair Glynna Christian, Senior Managing Director and Head of Technology & AI Law at TIAA, completed her first year leading the board and continues to guide governance strategy. Her background in corporate innovation and artificial intelligence policy supports NHPF’s efforts to responsibly integrate technology into affordable housing development and operations.

Joining the Board of Trustees is Jeffrey Scruggs, a veteran municipal finance leader with more than three decades of experience structuring complex public-sector and infrastructure transactions. Scruggs previously served as Managing Director and Business Unit Leader in the Public Sector and Infrastructure Group within the Capital Solutions Group at Goldman Sachs and earlier as Managing Director and Director of the Public Finance Investment Banking Group at UBS Securities. His expertise in capital markets and public finance is expected to help advance innovative funding strategies for affordable and workforce housing.

Also joining the board is Adrianne Todman, CEO of the National Rental Home Council and former Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Todman brings deep federal housing policy knowledge and operational leadership experience, having overseen national housing programs and initiatives focused on expanding access to stable housing and strengthening communities.

In addition, Trustee Lisa Anastos, Founding Partner at TECHhood Ventures & Advisory, has been appointed Chair of External Affairs. With more than 20 years of experience serving on boards of major nonprofits, NGOs, and arts institutions, Anastos has led efforts in marketing, fundraising, strategic communications, and brand development, positioning her to elevate NHPF’s visibility and cross-sector partnerships nationwide.

President and CEO Eric Price said the strengthened board enhances the organization’s capacity to expand its affordable and workforce housing portfolio and deepen its national impact in 2026.
