BOSTON— Avison Young announced that it has completed two office lease transactions on behalf of Acton Medical Associates, P.C. at the firm’s Acton, MA and Harvard, MA locations.
Avison Young Principals Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook, who are based in the firm’s Boston office, represented Acton Medical Associates in the transactions.
Acton Medical Associates extended its lease of 7,194 square feet (sf) at 15-75 Discovery Way in Acton for 10 years. The firm also leased an additional 2,850 sf at 231 Ayer Road in Harvard for a total of 7,500 sf of space.
