BOSTON, MA – Trammell Crow Company (TCC) announced that it is expanding its Boston office with two strategic new hires.
Elisha Long has joined the firm, which opened its Boston office in May this year, as Vice President, and Kyle Joseph will join the firm as Senior Associate. The two will work directly with Charley Leatherbee, TCC Boston’s Senior Vice President and Business Unit leader.
“TCC Boston is currently expanding in the Boston market and we are excited to grow our team with Elisha and Kyle, who each bring different skillsets to our business,” said Leatherbee. “I have known Elisha for several years – he brings with him a wealth of knowledge about the development industry. He’s worked on all facets of a real estate deal, from cradle to grave, and will be a tremendous asset for us. Kyle will also be a great source of insight as we expand into Boston, having worked on various projects that were a first in their respective markets. With this top-notch team in place, we are well positioned to start to grow our footprint throughout the Boston area.”
Long will work alongside Leatherbee and be responsible for sourcing all development and acquisition projects, including sourcing new principal and fee opportunities and financial structuring across a multi-product business in the office, multifamily, life sciences and industrial sectors. He joins TCC from CV Properties, where he spent the past nine years, most recently serving as Vice President. Long has been involved in several notable projects in Boston and has experience working on all phases of a real estate deal, including the identification, financing, entitlement, and recapitalization. He received his master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and attended Kenyon College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History. He also holds a master’s degree in Biomimicry from Arizona State University.
Joseph will be responsible for supporting the office in a financial role underwriting new opportunities. He previously served as an Acquisitions Analyst for Linear Retail Properties in Boston and spent more than four years as an Associate of Acquisitions and Asset Management for Pembroke Real Estate. Joseph earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Investment Finance and Accounting from the University of South Carolina.
