SOMERVILLE, MA- Federal Realty Investment Trust celebrated the topping off of Assembly Row’s newest building at 455 Grand Union Boulevard on Tuesday, honoring the hard work of Ironworkers Local 7.
The steel roof beam was raised approximately 200 feet in the air, and is one of the last of approximately 3,500 tons of steel that was used in construction.
455 Grand Union is a 300,000 SF class-A office building that will be anchored by Puma North America’s new corporate headquarters. The building will be completed in January of 2021.
