Lynnfield, MA– The Procopio Companies, a full-service construction, development, and advisory company, announces a complete rebranding, including a new website and logo.

In recent years, Procopio has seen substantial growth, increasing revenue 17 times in the past 10 years and increasing concurrent annual development volume from $3.27 million to $321.1 million. Once developing and managing only across Massachusetts’ North Shore, Procopio’s expansion now includes developments throughout New England. In 2017, The Procopio Companies was recognized for their tremendous growth and quality of product earning the honor of being named the Massachusetts Family Business of the Year by Northeastern University.

The new branding and positioning of Procopio reflects the forward-thinking, modern style of its developments while paying tribute to the history and experience of the leadership. History and modernization are evident on Procopio’s new website, where the company incorporates both black and white and color images, and interactive pages. The primary logo is a minimalist wordmark that uses the “c” and the “o” in “Procopio” as a visual device. This ligature represents the connection between legacy, development, and construction — an integral part of the Procopio brand.

“As Procopio continues to grow, our corporate rebranding has allowed us to reaffirm our values as a third-generation, family-owned company, while further establishing our brand as a leader in multifamily development,” stated Michael Procopio, Procopio’s Vice President of Development. “Our new brand, messaging, and website nod to our long construction history, but projects our modern approach to residential and mixed-use development”

Procopio has most recently focused on transit-oriented projects in emerging gateway cities, and currently has 640,000 square feet under construction – representing $203,000,000 and 600 housing units. The current development pipeline through 2023 includes over 1,480 for-sale and rental housing units throughout New England, including projects in Wilmington, MA, Lynn MA, Haverhill, MA, Windham, NH and Portland, ME.  Procopio also recently opened Sedna, a waterfront community in Beverly, MA, and Caldwell, an urban high-rise in Lynn, MA where leasing is now available.
