Suffolk’s Chairman and CEO, John Fish, emphasized the importance of investing in top-tier talent: “At Suffolk, we don’t just build buildings—we build people. Our unique culture and talented workforce are what set us apart. Erin’s track record of developing leaders and driving organizational success makes her the perfect fit to enhance our People and Culture function.”
With a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from UMass Amherst and a Master’s in HR/Organizational Development from Lesley University, Lovering brings both academic expertise and hands-on leadership experience.
