BOSTON— The Boston-based real estate advisory and investment firm Senné announced the recent promotion of Senné team member Dale Valicenti as Executive Director of the Structured Investments team.
In his role as Executive Director, Valicenti leads the firm’s commercial real estate syndication and joint venture activities. The Structured Investments team is actively sourcing opportunities for long term cash flowing assets sources, capitalizes and manages commercial real estate assets. He is responsible for the acquisition, construction, and other financing assignments concerning all portions of the capital stack. Valicenti is well versed in multi-family, office, lab, warehouse, hospitality, and self-storage properties, while also emphasizing efforts to help investors realize maximum value with every transaction. Valicenti has over 30 years of entrepreneurial and institutional capital markets experience and has transacted over $1 billion of commercial real estate throughout his career. Over the past year, he has served as a Senior Associate on the Investments team at Senné.
