RODE Architects Co-Founder Kevin Deabler to Speak at Boston’s Transit-Oriented Development Summit

WALTHAM, MA—Boston Real Estate Times today announced that Kevin Deabler, a principal and co-founder of RODE Architects will join the Transit-Oriented Commercial and Multifamily Development Summit as a speaker on Jan. 23 at Westin Hotel in Waltham, MA.

Mr. Deabler’s project work includes master planning, sustainability, mixed-use urban developments, and more. He is LEED accredited and brings a professional and collaborative approach to problem solving.

He is a graduate of North Carolina State University’s College of Design where he graduated with bachelor’s degrees in environmental design and Architecture and received his MBA from Northeastern University.

RODE’s projects have received dozens of industry accolades and awards over the years and RODE was awarded among BostInno’s 50 on Fire in 2016.

Boston Real Estate Times’ monthly summit on booming “Transit-Oriented Commercial and Multifamily Developments” in Greater Boston will be held on Jan. 23 at Westin Hotel in Waltham, MA. A report from the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) says that commercial development is increasingly likely to be built near public transportation, and looking out to 2030, 68 percent of commercial development projects in the pipeline are situated near transit.
