WALTHAM, MA—Boston Real Estate Times today announced that it will host its annual Life Sciences and Medical Devices Facilities Summit on Feb. 21, 2020, at Westin Hotel in Waltham, MA.

“Both life sciences and medical devices industries are booming in Massachusetts, and there is a great demand for such spaces, their reconfigurations, updates, renovation and repositioning,” said Upendra Mishra, publisher of the Boston Real Estate Times. “We will have a great panel of speakers and industry experts who will touch on all aspects of facilities needs for life sciences, medical devices and pharmaceutical industries.”

Boston Real Estate Times also announced the first speaker for the summit. Other speakers will be announced next week.

Nick Svencer, who until recently served as Vice President of Operations at Augmenix, Inc., will speak about the new generation of tenants in the medical devices industry.
