MILFORD, MA—RD Management LLC announced that it has signed leases with Pacific Dental Services and CycleBar at its Milford Crossing shopping center in Milford, Massachusetts. The 3,240-square-foot Pacific Dental Services and 2,560-square-foot CycleBar are expected to open in fall 2018.

Milford Crossing is now 92 percent leased since leasing of the center commenced last year.

Pacific Dental Services (PDS) is one of the country’s leading dental support organizations with more than 630 practices across the United States. PDS originated the private practice model to enable dentists to lead their own clinical practice and make their own treatment decisions, while PDS team members provide the support to manage everything on the business end. CycleBar is the largest network of premium indoor cycling studios with more than 180 locations slated to open throughout 2018. The popular indoor cycling franchise offers concierge-level service, premium amenities, and energizing rides tailored to all fitness and experience levels.

“Since announcing our $20 million redevelopment of Milford Crossing and Stop & Shop as the anchor, leasing has taken off, with national retailers of all types expressing interest in joining the newly renovated center,” said Richard Birdoff, principal and president of RD Management. “Pacific Dental Services and CycleBar bring a unique medical office and fitness component, providing members of the local community with yet another reason to come visit and experience the center’s diverse shopping and dining options. Renovations and expansions are now complete, and we look forward to welcoming even more businesses to this dynamic retail hub in the heart of Milford.”

Milford Crossing is located at 120-128 Medway Road at the intersection of Medway Road and Beaver Street. The 158,759-square-foot shopping center is situated off of I-495 in a bustling retail corridor, complete with an 80-foot pylon sign on Beaver Street visible to drivers on the interstate. Pacific Dental Services and CycleBar will join anchor tenant Stop & Shop, HomeGoods, T.J.Maxx as well as Starbucks, Chipotle, and Pet Supplies Plus, all of which are now open for business at the center. Additional retailers including Hair Cuttery and Red Heat Tavern, a backyard barbecue restaurant known for its comfort food and beer selection, will be opening in the fall as well. SalonCentric is also temporarily relocating within the shopping center while its current space gets remodeled to its new state-of-the-art format.

“SalonCentric is excited to be part of the revitalization of the shopping center. The store will have our newest concept store that has an industrial look with modular cashwrap that invites engagement between our associates and our salon professionals,” said Charlesie Russell, vice president of store development for SalonCentric. “The aesthetics of the store will contain wood and metal fixtures with a demo area for our stylists to try new products and tools. We are excited to continue to service the Milford community. We are looking forward to eventually set up in our new space and provide our newest shopping experience.”

Milford Crossing is one of five properties owned by RD Management across Massachusetts, and one of more than 150 properties in its national portfolio.
