The renewals, completed on behalf of the property’s new owner, Juniper Development, include five tenants: LeMaitre Vascular, Hughson Electric, Hydronics, Inc., Alpine Precision, and General Manufacturing.
“Following a successful sale of 144-154 Rangeway Road, R.W.Holmes assisted the new owner, Juniper Development, to successfully retain the majority of the rent roll at market terms. Prior to the sale, the entirety of the tenant roster was on an at-will basis at rates below market. Juniper is currently performing capital improvements to the two-building flex park, and R.W. Holmes has been retained as leasing agent for the property,” said Mike Ogasapian, Senior Vice President at R.W. Holmes.
