WAYLAND, MA– R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, today announced that it negotiated a new 21,843-square-foot industrial lease for its client NEFAB Packaging in Franklin, MA.
NEFAB, a global industrial packaging provider that offers packaging solutions and logistics services to customers worldwide, is relocating from Bellingham, MA, to 20 Liberty Way in Franklin.
R. W. Holmes Executive Vice President John Eysenbach represented NEFAB in the transaction. CBRE represented the landlord, Stannah Property, LLC.
