WAYLAND, MA— R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, announced the addition of three new team members as part of their continued expansion plan.
Mike Fahy joined the firm as Associate Broker, Anne Morrissette as Director of Marketing, and Timothy Hannon as Director of Property and Project Management.

Mike Fahy, Associate Broker
Mr. Fahy will assist the R. W. Holmes team with their growth within the 128 South market. In his role, he negotiates leases and handles property sales for landlords and tenants. He takes a client-centric approach to every project, focusing on recognizing the client’s specific real estate needs and implementing a strategy that produces the ideal results. He graduated Cum Laude from Providence College with a BA in Political Science.”The experience and knowledge of the team have proved invaluable, and I look forward to growing our presence in the 128 South market,” said Mr. Fahy.
Anne Morrissette, Director of Marketing
With over 15 years of marketing experience, Ms. Morrissette brings experience in branding, messaging, and positioning based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights. She previously worked as a Senior Marketing Manager for Partnerships and Promotions at AAA Northeast. She oversaw the Discount & Rewards loyalty program, including partnership identification, acquisition, and account management.

Timothy Hannon, Director of Property & Project Management
Mr. Hannon has over 30 years of experience overseeing commercial real estate and portfolio management, that will be used to grow the services R.W. Holmes offers to its clients. Mr. Hannon has extensive knowledge of the real estate field after overseeing commercial properties and portfolios for Bank of America. His role includes project management, emergency response, preventative maintenance, lease administration, and tenant relations.
