BOSTON—Boston Real Estate Times today announced that P3 Academic & Student Housing Conference has been postponed to Jan. 22, 2025, at Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA.
Those who are not familiar with P3, such projects are long-term contracts that allow the public and private sector to participate in the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of a project, now widely used in the academic sector, including student housing, across New England.
