Nohrden of Burgess Properties Reps Central Rock Gym In Leasing Two New Indoor Climbing Facilities

MALDEN, MA— Burgess Properties Inc. announced that it has brokered leases for two new locations for the Northeast’s leading indoor rock climbing chain, Central Rock Gym (CRG).

In the first of the two transactions, CRG leased 10,010 SF at 1451 Concord Street (Route 126), Framingham, a highly-visible 34,080 SF flex building with over 70 parking spaces. The gym will feature 6,000 SF of bouldering space and a 4,000 SF fitness and Yoga area.

In the second deal, CRG leased an approximately 16,000 SF new construction, built- to-suit, 45’ tall, single-story (plus mezzanine) building at 10 Adam Road, Stoneham. The landmark location will be visible from I-93 at the Montvale Ave. exit and will feature 16,000 SF of climbing terrain as well as Yoga and fitness areas.

Courtney Green of The Begley Companies represented the Landlord, Manison Stoneham LLC.

The building will be built and managed by Manison Stoneham LLC’s parent company, Beverly, MA-based Bridgeton Properties. Central Rock Gym is a national leader in the indoor rock climbing industry and has 11 locations in New England and New York either existing or about to be opened.
