National architectural firm NELSON has launched Tenant-Landlord practice to serve its clients nationwide.
As commercial real estate companies continue to purchase and invest in assets, owners look to reposition their properties as efficient and attractive as possible in each market. Leveraging their extensive and diverse experience, NELSON will connect cross-sector influences to offer clients fully integrated service that includes space management, tenant planning, capital improvements and building repositioning, NELSON said in a statement.
The national practice spans each of NELSON’s four regions and allows them to better serve clients regardless of where they are located.
“We’ve provided a wide range of Tenant | Landlord services for over 40 years. Our in-depth knowledge and understanding of the needs of both the tenant and the landlord allow us to extend something more to our clients beyond just revenue potential and occupancy. We are advisors and partners throughout the entire process,” said John “Ozzie” Nelson Jr, Chairman and Co-CEO.
The NELSON Tenant | Landlord Practice will be led by Jeanette Meyers and Lindsay Murphy at the national level, with local leaders available in Atlanta, Charlotte, Tampa, Chicago, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, Pleasanton, San Francisco, San Jose and Seattle.
Practice professionals currently manage over 180 million square feet across more than 1,250 buildings.
