NEWTON, MA– National Development announced that Marc Forchielli has been promoted to Senior Vice President.
Marc is responsible for the acquisition, financing, and disposition of investments across a mix of property types including office, residential, industrial, hospitality, and senior housing.
Marc joined National Development in 2007 and is also involved in the firm’s portfolio management, investor relations, and fundraising activities.
Marc is an active member of several industry organizations including NAIOP, REFA, and ULI. He holds a B.B.A and M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University.
