WOONSOCKET, RI – Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Peters River Residences, a 36-unit apartment property located in Woonsocket, RI, according to Thomas Shihadeh, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office.
The asset sold for $4,875,000.
Harry Verenis, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was also secured and represented by Harry Verenis.
