BOSTON —NB Development Group announce the signing of Mainely Burgers as the most recent retail lease at Boston Landing. The Mainely signing will kick off the retail leasing in the residential building known as Lantera by taking 2,134 sf on the ground floor.
Mainely Burgers, now in its seventh year, started with a summer food truck in Maine. Since 2012, the Maine business has grown to two burger trucks and one ice cream truck, aptly named Mainely Treats. In September of 2016, the company opened its first brick and mortar restaurant in Central Square, Cambridge. Mainely Burgers is owned and operated by brothers Jack and Max Barber, 2016 and 2017 graduates of Babson College. They and their “Burger Team,” work hard to build and maintain a reputation for great guest experiences, fun vibes, and quality burgers, sides and frappes.
“Mainely Burgers at Boston Landing will be a welcome addition to our growing group of retailers. There is a demand in this area for quick grab and go options of delicious food, and Mainely will most certainly fulfill that need,” says Erin Harvey, Senior Leasing and Marketing Manager, NB Development Group

Lantera is located at 125 Guest Street and is a 17-story, 295-unit luxury apartment high-rise at Boston Landing. The building includes first class amenities such as a 20,000-square-foot outdoor courtyard with a pool, cabanas, space for yoga and fitness classes, above-grade parking, active lounges, a pet grooming room, bicycle storage and bike repair stations.

Boston Landing is a mixed-use development encompassing approximately 15 acres of land along the Massachusetts Turnpike in Boston’s Brighton neighborhood. Located along Guest Street, the property is a former industrial area that once served as the region’s largest stockyard. The revitalization of this development will turn the area into a vibrant 21st century destination for like-minded companies, with a focus on work/life balance. Boston Landing’s vision is to create a state-of-the-art development that complements the existing neighborhood fabric through the creation of new office space, retail stores, restaurants, and sports-related uses. Boston Landing is currently home to the New Balance World Headquarters, the Boston Bruins Practice and Training Facility and companies such as Bose, Roche, Proteostasis and Mass Innovation Labs. Opening Summer of 2018 is the Boston Celtics Practice and Training Facility at 40 Guest Street.
